Returns/Refunds
Due to the custom and seasonal nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds at this time. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll be happy to make it right.
Shipping
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days unless marked as pre-order. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days.
Pre-order items will ship within the estimated timeframe listed on each product page. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
