My Signature Style : The Glam Legacy That Shaped My Eye

Style has always been more than just a look — it’s how I express my history, my mood, and my magic.
Before I ever styled an event or launched a boutique, I was learning the language of glam from the bold, brilliant women who raised me. “Signature style” isn’t just my brand — it’s who I am.

Brooklyn-Born. Glam-Bred.
I was born in Brooklyn, NY — a place that practically breathes creativity. As an Aquarius, I’ve always felt a little different, a little ahead, a little drawn to the sparkle that others overlook. But that sparkle? It didn’t just come from the stars. It was passed down.
My mother, a true Gemini with eclectic taste and fashion-forward instincts, loved a good thrift run at Domsey’s. She collected bold vintage pieces from the ‘50s and ‘60s — beaded, sequined, and full of attitude. Some people didn’t get her style, but I did. I loved every bit of it. She was glam, bougie, and always extra in the best way.
My grandmother was no different — classy with her fur shawls, church hats, and that China cabinet full of untouchable treasures. Between them, and our Saturday salon trips, I learned early that looking good was a whole ritual. Style was respect. Style was expression. Style was identity.
From Fashion to Full-Service Design
That legacy stayed with me — through owning my women’s boutique, Mizfit Attire, for 8 years, to throwing and staging pop-up shops, and now as the founder of Vonn J Signature. Today, I design unforgettable events, transform everyday interiors, and bring visual stories to life through intentional, fashion-forward details.
My signature style is curated but personal. Elevated but always warm. Glamorous, creative, and unapologetically bold.
Whether I’m styling a baby shower or branding a business, I want every project to feel like it means something.
It’s More Than Style — It’s a Vibe
This isn’t just design. It’s a vibe. A statement. A full-circle moment that connects past and present — and maybe inspires you to find your own signature touch, too.
